The Gaillardia Community Association governs and maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall goals and aspirations and possesses the powers necessary to develop a vibrant, cohesive, active community. Through homeowner assessments, the Association maintains the landscaping of common areas, staffing of the entry gates and maintenance of streets and all assets owned by the Association. The Association seeks to provide a quality environment for all residents and a safe and friendly place for families to live.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were created to provide a governance structure and a flexible system of standards and procedures for the overall master planned community. Gaillardia Community Association, Inc, formed under the Declaration possesses the powers necessary to maintain a vibrant, cohesive, active community. Each homeowner in Gaillardia automatically becomes a member of the Association upon acceptance of the deed to his or her lot or home.

Residential Design Guidelines
Pursuant to the Declaration, the Residential Design Guidelines have been adopted for the purpose of preserving the aesthetic quality of Gaillardia. The standards established by the Design Guidelines are intended to assist design professionals, builders and homeowners in the planning, design and implementation of site elements.

The Association provides the following services to Association members:

24-hour manned entrance
Maintenance of Common Areas (including water features, parks, walking trails, playground equipment, etc.)
Maintenance of streets and other association assets
