Welcome to Pulchella

Streetscape along Pulchella’s lakefront homes to the north with the landscaped berm to the south.

All 27 homesites have water views. The 17 homesites of Phase I border Gaillardia golf course's 11th and 12th holes. Exclusivity and privacy are ensured by a 10-foot wall combined with a 10-foot landscaped berm buffering the southern-most boundary of the neighborhood. Large manor lots are presented in ½-acre to ¾-acre layouts. The range of home sizes from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet allows generous flexibility in residential design.

A central park with a water feature will complement existing lakes. A scenic drive over a newly constructed stone bridge will frame an impressive view of the revitalized 20-foot waterfall.
