In fact, by working with our architects and interior designers at the inception of Gaillardia Country Club, we created a facility designed to accommodate a variety of occasions. From door to door, Gaillardia is no less than a prestigious setting. Our catering features five-star cuisine and first-class service presented in grand style.

Our spacious design for privacy and versatility includes room for groups both large and small including:

Garden Room (An intimate setting for up to 20 guests.)
Salon A (Standing for 75 and seating for 50 to 60.)
Salon B (Standing for 75 and seating for 50 to 60.)
Salon C (Standing for 75 and seating for 50 to 60.)
Grand Ballroom (Seating for 250 guests or 350 standing for Cocktail Receptions.)
The Formal Dining Room (Seating for 50 guests or 75 to 100 standing for Cocktail Receptions.)
Wine Room (Private dining for 8 to 12.)
Board Room (Seating for 14 to 18.)
