Fitness for Fun, Families or Fanatics

Whatever your age or fitness level, join us at the Gaillardia Fitness Center for simple exercise routines, as well as diverse activities.

Treadmills for walking or jogging, stair climbing, cross training, free or controlled weight lifting. All are expertly supervised in the Fitness Center. Swim or play in the junior-size Olympic pool, play tennis, or reduce stress by attending Yoga or Pilates class. Members thrive with activities housed in one dedicated facility conveniently located on the grounds.

In addition to exercise and fitness areas for aerobics, cardiovascular and resistance training, the locker rooms are complete with showers, whirlpools, massage and sauna rooms, and restrooms for golfers. A grill - The Veranda - separates the fitness areas from the pool with interior seating for 24, patio seating for 12 to 16, and full-service and support amenities.

Gaillardia's Fitness Center also offers personalized instruction, fitness training for individuals and classes, weight training, aquatics and aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, general exercise, massage and all of the amenities of a national-quality health club.

The Fitness Center is designed in the style of French Normandy Bourgeois houses of the mid to late 1800s. Materials include stone detailing and/or stucco plaster with dressed corners, window surrounds and door openings. The proportions, formality and symmetry are complimentary to the Clubhouse.

Love Tennis

The Fitness Center complex also includes two lighted hard-service tennis courts. Our desire is to help bring your game to a whole new level, while providing an atmosphere where individuals, families and guests can excel with casual play or through expert instruction.

The Pinnacle of Playtime Gaillardia Country Club

Gaillardia kids deserve some space of their own. And our playground facility is designed to do just that. From climbing walls to cork-screw slides and loops to bubble panels, the playground at Gaillardia is the highlight of every child's time in the Gaillardia neighborhoods. The playtime facility accommodates up to 90 children and is designed for ages five through twelve.
