Membership Process

Select Memberships
country clubs Gaillardia offers a number of membership options from which to choose. There are eight classes of membership listed below. Membership is limited and the maximum number of Members per membership class is determined by the Club. Membership candidates must be sponsored by two Club Members in good standing. Prospective members are subject to a screening and approval process.

Facilities and amenities included in a Gaillardia Country Club membership are limited to the class of membership applied for and approved.

Membership classes are as follows:

Full Golf Membership
A Full Golf Membership entitles the Member and his or her immediate family to use all the facilities of the Club including the golf course, golf practice areas and golf locker rooms, Gaylord Learning Center, Fitness Center, tennis, swimming, spa, playground and Clubhouse facilities. A Full Golf Member does not pay green fees for use of the golf facilities, but will pay golf cart fees.

Corporate Membership
Gaillardia country club A Corporate Membership entitles the Member Corporation to appoint Designated Members for Club membership. Corporate Membership entitles the Designated Member and his or her immediate family to use all facilities of the Club including all amenities and privileges listed with a Full Golf Membership. The corporation may change the membership designee one time per calendar year for a transfer fee. A change in the membership designee more than one time in any calendar year is not allowed.

Corporate Athletic Membership
A Corporate Athletic Membership entitles the Member Corporation to appoint designated members for Club membership. In addition to Social Membership privileges, a Corporate Athletic Membership entitles the designated members and their immediate family to use the tennis, swimming, fitness, spa, playground, and Clubhouse facilities, with the exception of the men's and women's golf locker rooms. The member corporation may change a membership designee for a transfer fee of 10% of the Initiation Fee paid for the membership. This transfer fee shall be charged for each change in membership designee. Corporate Athletic Memberships are non-refundable.

Corporate Social Membership
A Corporate Social Membership entitles the Member Corporation to appoint designated members for Club membership. Corporate Social Membership entitles the designated members and their immediate family to use all of the dining and lounge facilities of the main Clubhouse and Veranda Grill, with the exception of the men's and women's golf locker rooms. A Corporate Social Member may also participate in social events and member functions at the Club. The member corporation may change the membership designations one time per calendar year for a transfer fee.

National Membership
A National Membership entitles the member and his or her immediate family to use all the facilities of the Club to include the golf course, golf practice areas and golf locker rooms, fitness center, tennis, swimming, spa, and Clubhouse facilities. A National Member shall not pay greens fees for use of the golf facilities but shall pay golf cart fees. National Members are not required to pay food minimums. Eligibility for this limited membership category is available to individuals whose permanent or primary residence is outside the 150 mile radius of Gaillardia Country Club, or in another state.

Junior Membership
Any person between the ages of twenty-three (23) and thirty-seven (37), shall be eligible to apply for a Junior Membership. A Junior Member shall pay a non-refundable initiation fee and annual dues as stated on the Application for Membership. A Junior Membership entitles the Member and his or her immediate family to use all the facilities of the Club including all amenities and privileges listed with the Full Golf Membership.

A Junior Membership shall terminate on the Junior Member’s thirty-eighth (38)birthday. Prior to the termination of a Junior Membership, the Junior Member may apply for a Full Membership, if available. Upon approval for a Full Membership, the Junior Member shall be entitled to a credit against the then-required Initiation Fee for a Full Golf Membership in an amount equal to the Junior Membership initiation fee previously paid.

Athletic Membership
In addition to Social Membership privileges listed above, an Athletic Membership entitles the Member and his or her immediate family to use the tennis, swimming, fitness, spa, playground and Clubhouse facilities, with the exception of the Men's and Women's Clubhouse Locker Rooms.

Social Membership
Oklahoma City golf and country clubs A Social Membership entitles the member and his or her immediate family to use all of the dining and lounge facilities of the main Clubhouse and Veranda, with the exception of the Men's and Women's Clubhouse Locker Rooms. A Social Member may also participate in social events and functions at the Club.
